The water is rushing out of the mountains filling our Missouri River to the brim. The waterfalls through Great Falls are quite spectacular right now.
In addition, it’s as green as can be and that green is punctuated by many varieties of wildflowers.
We hiked the 7-mile River’s Edge Trail route to Cochrane Dam on Sunday and must have encountered more than 20 different kinds of flowers.
This is in-between time in the mountains making an in-town hike even more inviting.
