My daughter is in town from Portland and I've spent the past week doing a potpourri of small day hikes with her and my son.
We've done Tower Rock State Park near Cascade, Logan Pass in Glacier Park, and Muddy Creek Falls in the Rocky Mountain Front.
All are satisfying jaunts that remind me of how luck I am to live in this area where the problem is trying to decide which of the many hike possibilities to do.
