Jim Heckel assesses the landscape
You know it's spring in Great Falls when you can walk the River's Edge Trail on the North Shore of the Missouri and its green and you get your first tick!
One of the first wildflowers of spring, a fritillary.
The Yucca is usually the first to green, but green has already blanketed an area burned by wildfire just a couple of weeks ago.
And, the first wildflowers of the season are starting to shoot up --- the fritillary.
Yet, the forecast calls for a Good Friday dump of snow tomorrow.
